Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique goals and challenges.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Utilize diagnostic skills to determine treatment needs, regularly evaluating clients’ progress and adjusting plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies to ensure thorough tracking of client progress.

• Facilitate support groups for parents, particularly focusing on issues involving placement and adoption related to prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Engage in ongoing communications with referral sources and collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Anderson Valley Mental Health Center, you will work with a diverse patient population including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
