Were proud to combine the resources of a large company with the values and care of a family-run business./ph3Essential Job Summary:/h3pWe are looking for an Inside Account Representative that will manage relationships within an assigned portfolio. The position will be responsible for driving retention, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth./ph3Essential Job Functions:/h3ulliManage a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, while proactively identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or recommending tailored solutions to meet evolving customer needs and enhance overall account performance./liliEmploy strong sales skills to negotiate price increases, contract renewals, service enhancements, and other sales-related activities to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability, leveraging market insights and customer relationships./liliUtilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and address customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while maximizing sales opportunities and profitability./liliFoster strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, and effectively communicate our value proposition to drive customer engagement and loyalty./liliCollaborate with internal departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer issues in a timely manner./liliIdentify opportunities for account expansion and growth by upselling additional services or recommending tailored solutions to meet evolving customer needs./liliMonitor account performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement./liliUtilize CRM software and other sales tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account updates, ensuring data integrity and providing visibility into sales performance and opportunities for growth./liliStay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, sharing insights and best practices with customers as appropriate./li/ulh3Requirements and Qualifications:/h3ulliBachelors Degree preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience and skills will also be considered./liliProven experience in account management, customer service, or sales roles, preferably in the waste management or environmental services industry./liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers of varying backgrounds and industries./liliExcellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful price negotiations, contract renewals, and upselling opportunities./liliExcellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively./liliCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing account information and communication./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments./liliUnderstanding of waste management regulations, industry standards, and best practices is a plus./li/ulh3Additional Information/h3pThis job description is intended to be an accurate representation of the general functions of the job, rather than an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or experience.
