Both brands operate under Warbird Marine Holdings, a platform built to invest in category-leading boat builders without compromising their individual DNA.Position SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator supports marketing efforts across Invincible Boats and Yellowfin Yachts. This role executes campaigns, manages digital content, coordinates boat shows and events, and supports dealer marketing while maintaining each brand's identity.Digital Marketing & ContentSupport the development and scheduling of content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) for both Invincible and YellowfinCoordinate email marketing campaigns including list management, content drafting, scheduling, and performance reportingAssist in updating website content, product pages, and landing pages in coordination with the digital teamMonitor social media engagement and respond to community interactions in alignment with each brand's toneTrack and report on digital KPIs including traffic, engagement, open rates, and lead generationBrand & Creative SupportCoordinate production of marketing materials including brochures, sell sheets, dealer kits, and digital assetsManage relationships with external vendors including photographers, videographers, and print suppliersMaintain organized asset libraries ensuring up-to-date photography, video, and brand guidelines for both brandsAssist in developing content for new model launches, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpointsEvents & Boat ShowsCoordinate logistics for trade shows and consumer boat shows including the Miami International Boat Show, Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, and regional eventsManage event materials, booth setup coordination, signage orders, and pre/post event communicationsServe as on-site support at select events, representing both brands with professionalismTrack post-event leads and coordinate follow-up with the sales teamDealer & Partner MarketingSupport dealer co-op marketing programs, providing approved assets and templatesCoordinate dealer communications including product updates, campaign toolkits, and promotional materialsAssist in building and maintaining dealer marketing portals and resource hubsAdministrative & Project ManagementMaintain marketing calendars and project timelines across both brandsTrack marketing budgets and process invoices in coordination with the finance teamPrepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership reviewsQualificationsRequiredDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field2+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar roleProficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, or similar)Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously across two brands without losing focusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspacePreferredPassion for boating, fishing, and/or the on-the-water lifestyleKnowledge in center console boating, saltwater fishing, and industry basicsExperience in the marine, powersports, or outdoor/lifestyle industryFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Experience with CRM and marketing automation toolsKnowledge of SEO best practices and Google AnalyticsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)401(k)Paid time off and company holidaysEqual Opportunity EmployerWarbird Marine Holdings, Invincible Boats, and Yellowfin Yachts are Equal Opportunity Employers.E-Verify NoticeThis employer participates in E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires supporting our boat manufacturing operations.
