Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic interventions for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with individuals and families who often face barriers in accessing conventional mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload.
