Master the Contracting Cycle: You will take charge of the entire contracting cycle, injecting your legal expertise into sales contracts and a variety of other agreements, such as purchasing and marketing deals. Get ready to showcase your negotiation skills and creativity!
Thrilling Negotiations: Put your persuasive powers to work as you negotiate both standard contracts and personalized agreements with our esteemed clients. Your ability to find win-win solutions will be pivotal in shaping our partnerships.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in commercial/hi-tech law
JD from an accredited law school.
Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software.
Experience supporting Marketing or Sales.
Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills.
Cybersecurity experience a plus
Export regulations experience a plus
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Excellent contract development and negotiation skills.
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
