Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mental health services that meet contractual obligations and align with funding source requirements, ensuring all interactions are consistent with program goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide coordinated care, ensuring clients receive appropriate support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Demonstrate cultural and linguistic sensitivity while interacting with clients and their families, tailoring your approach to meet diverse needs.

• Meet billing and reporting mandates, adhering to organizational standards while managing a caseload that supports program efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.
