Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to collect detailed information regarding clients' presenting concerns, personal backgrounds, and mental health history, thereby developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitate couple's therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and fostering intimacy and understanding within relationships.
\n
• Work collaboratively with families to address underlying systemic issues that hinder healthy family dynamics and promote constructive communication patterns.
\n
• Create individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals, clinical interventions, and expected outcomes unique to each client.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring they feel supported and safe.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any pertinent correspondence in accordance with professional standards and confidentiality guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, physicians, and social workers, to ensure a cohesive and multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Uphold the ethical standards of practice, including confidentiality, informed consent, and maintaining professional boundaries with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
