Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Honor Your Emotions, you will primarily work with a culturally and ethnically diverse client base, ranging from children to adults and families. You will support individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will directly influence client outcomes, fostering their emotional growth and resilience through compassionate and strategic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field (MSW or MS/MA).

• Current licensure as an LMFT or LCSW in California with good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Registration with CAQH is required; being paneled with Alameda Alliance is advantageous.
\n
• Excellent clinical assessment and therapeutic skills complemented by exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to effectively engage with a diverse population, understanding the cultural factors that influence mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in working with a broad spectrum of disorders and age groups will be given preference. Proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is highly encouraged, as we strive to meet the needs of our multilingual community. Bilingual candidates will receive a salary differential to recognize their additional skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this telehealth role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year. As a full-time employee, you will also have access to comprehensive medical and dental benefits.
