Purpose In this remote Portfolio Revenue Manager role, your primary responsibility will be to maximize revenue and profitability across our diverse portfolios consisting of Hotels and Multifamily Buildings. You will have significant autonomy to drive performance by creating new revenue initiatives, developing cutting-edge pricing programs, and implementing targeted yield management strategies. This role lies within Kasa's Revenue Management team, which reports to the Head of Revenue and has significant interaction with the distribution, marketing, sales, financial strategy, and real estate teams. It involves regular interaction with Kasa's property partners and owners of the properties. Responsibilities Maximize revenue and profitability across portfolios (hotels and multifamily buildings) through revenue initiatives, pricing programs, and yield management strategies. Collaborate with distribution, marketing, sales, financial strategy, and real estate teams; interact with property partners and owners. Drive performance with autonomy to design and implement pricing and revenue initiatives. Expected Results Understand the market and design yield strategies. Forecast competitive set's Year-Over-Year RevPAR Change for the next 90-120 days. Proactively design yield strategies that positively impact monthly RevPAR Index Change. Set weekly goals and pivot strategies to keep most portfolios on track for positive RevPAR Index Change and accurate financial forecasts. Distribute weekly strategy notes detailing portfolio performance, strategy impacts, and recommendations with risk/upside in forecasts. Qualifications Profitability Driver: Drives revenue within hospitality organizations or airlines by maximizing revenue and optimizing pricing strategies. Market Expert: Analyzes market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to determine the optimal yield strategy. Innately Analytical: Demonstrates strong data analysis skills and uses revenue management and property management systems to inform decisions. Prolific Communicator: Communicates clearly with internal and external stakeholders to drive property success. Owner Mentality: Evaluates revenue strategies with a holistic view of the property's business objectives. Strategy Implementer: Proven ability to formulate and execute strategies that maximize revenue and profitability. The Pay: Starting base pay range for this role is $105,000 to $140,000, with potential eligibility for equity, bonus, perks, and Kasa Travel Credits.
