Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Claims Specialist to join a prestigious team in Hun t Valley, Maryland . This role offers a dynamic environment where the specialist will be responsible for managing a variety of claims processes and ensuring efficient communication between all involved parties. Responsibilities Receive and process first notice of loss reports. Review policy information and assist with preliminary coverage verification. Establish and maintain claim files, ensuring complete and accurate documentation. Enter claim activity, correspondence, payments, and updates into agency management systems. Serve as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, adjusters, and third‑party vendors. Monitor open claims and conduct regular follow‑up to ensure timely resolution. Communicate claim status and updates to clients and internal team members. Track, record, and analyze claim activity for both personal and commercial insurance accounts. Process claim‑related correspondence and maintain accurate records. Prioritize workload effectively while meeting deadlines and service expectations. Follow established procedures, workflows, and compliance guidelines. Requirements Active Property & Casualty License is required. Work Hours Monday to Friday, first shift.
