Planning Manager, Aerospace -New Port Richey

As a Planning Manager at Pall Corporation, you will lead a team of planning professionals to manage factory and material scheduling, inventory control, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes for the New Port Richey, Florida aerospace plant. This on‑site role reports to the Sr. Director Supply Chain and requires U.S. citizenship or authorized status due to export control requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead planning team, own weekly/monthly supply plan, reconcile with demand plan. Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize stock‑outs, ensure inventory turns at target levels. Develop tools and models to predict supply risks, increase planning accuracy, and provide insights for executive decision making. Design and implement a cohesive planning strategy covering SIOP, scheduling, replenishment, supplier lead times, and factory build schedules. Collaborate closely with Operations Value Stream Leaders and Purchasing to optimize material stockroom structure and processes. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience in supply chain/plan functions in global manufacturing, or high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience. 5+ years leading staff or project teams, strong data analysis, visualization tools, advanced planning software and ERP proficiency. Demonstrated experience driving supply chain oversight of inventory levels and collaboration with planning and sourcing staff. Ability to develop and implement strategic 3‑18 month planning efforts, with strong presentation and influence skills for senior leadership. Proven experience with replenishment systems (KanBan, Min/Max, CBO), Lean and Six Sigma in factory/supplier scheduling and execution. Preferred Experience Understanding of RCCA and countermeasure processes and action plan implementation. Experience leading planning organizations in a low volume, high mix aerospace manufacturing environment. Travel & Physical Requirements Up to 10% travel required.
