Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in real-time virtual consultations to provide immediate support and guidance to families facing acute crises, leveraging online platforms to stabilize situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with the unique needs of patients, ensuring these plans are regularly monitored and adjusted for optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy.

• Collaboratively partner with other healthcare professionals within our group practice to promote a holistic approach to patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of wellness.

• Utilize multiple technology platforms seamlessly for telehealth delivery, internal communications, and patient monitoring, ensuring compliance with telehealth regulations and maintaining patient privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and substance abuse issues. Your expertise will enable you to provide compassionate care to families navigating challenging circumstances, ensuring support is accessible when they need it most. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (or a related field).

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mental health or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 , based on education and experience.
