As a remote provider, you will utilize telehealth platforms to connect with clients, ensuring flexible and accessible therapy options. You will engage in virtual sessions with clients, allowing for a blend of personalized, face-to-face interactions through video conferencing, and maintaining comprehensive records through secure online systems. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs, using standardized tools and techniques.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals and progress, documenting any changes in treatment approaches.

• Facilitate support groups for families and individuals facing similar challenges, fostering a sense of community and shared experience.

• Advocate for clients by researching and connecting them with community resources, such as healthcare services, employment assistance, and housing support.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals grappling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• California licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
