This role primarily focuses on order entry, administrative support, and proactively addressing customer inquiries to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Leadership & Core Responsibilities

Order Management & Operational Execution

• Order Processing & Accuracy: Efficiently enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are captured accurately to streamline delivery.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including quotations, invoices, and reports, to support seamless customer transactions.
• Production & Order Tracking: Regularly track the status of customer orders and proactively provide updates, keeping customers informed throughout the order lifecycle.

Customer Relationship & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Field customer inquiries and concerns promptly, delivering professional, solutions-oriented support that builds long-term loyalty.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Engineering, Production, Planning, Shipping, Account Managers, and Business Development teams to identify potential scheduling risks, escalate concerns, and resolve order management issues.
• Sales Strategy & Insights: Monitor sales activities, prepare relevant reports, and provide updates and insights to the Sales team to help drive overall success and fulfill customer expectations.

Position Requirements

Education & Technical Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role within manufacturing or a related industry.
• Industry Domain: Familiarity with sales processes, order entry operations, and customer service principles in a fast-paced environment.
• Regulatory Compliance: U.S. Person

Certifications & Competencies

• Certifications : [Insert required or preferred certifications, e.g., PMP, PE, Lean Six Sigma].
• Systems Proficiency: Epicor, Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides) required; experience with HR/communication platforms (ADP) preferred
• Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational ability and attention to detail, strong problem-solving initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Base Salary Range: $25.00 - $28.61 per Hour, based on experience and qualifications.
