Job Overview: A law firm seeks a patent agent or technical advisor to join its patents team in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless technologies and artificial intelligence, with flexibility to work from any US office. Responsibilities Assist in patent prosecution and portfolio management. Collaborate with clients to develop patent strategies. Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies. Prepare and file patent applications. Requirements At least two years of patent prosecution experience. Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligible to register. Strong background in 5G, Wi‑Fi, AI, and related technologies. Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Certifications USPTO registration or eligibility. Skills Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, and AI fields preferred. Strong client liaison and portfolio management skills.
