Senior Regional VP, Retirement Sales | Bank & Wire Channel
Symetra
Symetra Financial Corporation is seeking a Regional Vice President for Retirement in the Southern California market. The RVP will lead a territory from Huntington Beach to riverside and Inland Empire, driving growth through new producer acquisition and existing producer development.
The role requires 80% travel, deep knowledge of retirement products, and strong relationships with financial professionals. The position offers a base salary plus incentive compensation, flexible full-time or hybrid
