Business Development Coordinator

who is professional, focused, and motivated by performance. This role is for someone who communicates with purpose, follows process, and knows how to turn consistent activity into appointments. What You’ll Do

Handle

100–150 customer communications per day

by phone, text, and email Set a minimum of

150 appointments per month Follow approved scripts and communication guidelines Respond to leads quickly, professionally, and consistently Overcome objections and keep conversations moving toward an appointment Log activity and maintain accurate CRM notes What We’re Looking For

Automotive sales or BDC experience required VinSolutions experience required Impel AI or similar tool experience is a plus Strong phone and written communication skills Process-driven, goal-oriented, and dependable Able to stay focused and productive in a high-volume environment Professional, mature, and business-minded Why Bergey’s
