This remote role is conducted entirely through telehealth, utilizing the Simple Practice platform for client interaction. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients to gauge their mental health needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and therapeutic needs.

• Provide effective psychotherapy treatment through various modalities, such as individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to guide therapy sessions, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and participate in regular supervision and support groups.

• Offer feedback and modify treatment plans based on client responses and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples, each presenting a range of psychological concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Texas.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex information clearly.

• Proficiency in conducting virtual appointments using video conferencing platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
