Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients and their families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions with each partner to address their unique concerns.

• Addressing a broad range of issues, including but not limited to: conflicts among family members, blended family dynamics, grief and loss, job-related stress, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse patient populations.
\n
• Documenting therapy sessions and progress notes accurately in our digital record-keeping system, ensuring compliance with therapeutic standards.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on case management strategies.
\n
• Staying current with best practices and continuing education to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base at Family Flourish Therapy includes adults, adolescents, and children facing a variety of behavioral health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with:

• Couples experiencing communication difficulties or conflicts, including those undergoing separation or divorce.

• Individuals dealing with grief, emotional trauma, substance abuse, and life adjustments.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
