Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and interviews with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders to establish therapeutic rapport and develop treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and developmentally appropriate methodologies.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring ongoing collaboration with clients, their families, and other service providers to facilitate access to comprehensive services.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and assessments, adjusting care plans as necessary to reflect changes in mental health status.

• Assist crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate and effective support in high-stress situations to ensure client safety and stability.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
