Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop psychosocial diagnoses for clients, utilizing your clinical expertise and licensure.

• Create tailored treatment strategies that align with clients' individual needs, establishing compassionate and supportive therapeutic relationships.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapies, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including school psychologists, educators, and healthcare providers, to facilitate integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client's wellbeing.

• Regularly monitor therapy progress and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and outcomes, whether conducted remotely or face-to-face.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medications as prescribed, focusing on adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on school-aged clients and their families, emphasizing the importance of early intervention and continuous support through challenging times. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current and valid LCSW license, permitting independent practice within New York State.
