Controller

Overview Controller position with responsibility for overseeing the accounting function and providing strategic financial insights. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Partner with leadership to provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Maintain and optimize the use of the ERP system for financial processes and reporting. Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes. Monitor internal controls and assist in developing policies and procedures. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Highly adaptable, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively across teams. Demonstrated track record of improving processes.
