Pastry Chef de Partie is needed at Tribeca's highly regarded fine dining Korean restaurant. We are one of Tribeca's exciting new destination for haute cuisine, slowly building our reputation for quality food and service. General knowledge of pastry techniques, equipment and safe food handling procedures is required. 1 Years of Experience in Fine dining (Michelin star rated preferred) is required. We seek a friendly, open-minded team member with a passion for cooking. All kitchen personnels will report to Chef/Owner Jungsik Yim and will work right by his side. New hires will be trained and will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's needs, from prep to service duties as well as cleaning duties. We believe in promoting within our own restaurant, so there's a great potential for growth. Knowledge of Asian cuisine and flavors is a plus.
