Overview Pride Global/Russell Tobin is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client in the banking industry. Potential to extend or convert for the right candidate. Job title: Customer Support/Account Rep - Sr Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 6 months Pay rate: $18-$19.16/hour Preference Criteria: We prefer candidates with either a College Degree or Previous Contact Center Experience. Functional support areas include cash management products, online services, and general account or financial-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Addressing incoming phone calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Providing support on cash management products, online services, and general financial inquiries. Contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Multi-tasking and adjusting quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.
