Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies.

• Utilize strong communication skills to facilitate therapeutic discussions with clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting your approach to suit their unique cultural and personal experiences.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documents, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
