Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver telehealth clinical counseling services to clients, conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain a regular schedule with consistent attendance, ensuring timely commencement of all counseling sessions.

• Accurately document each client encounter in compliance with organizational policies, including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans.

• Conduct sessions in a manner that upholds the professionalism required in therapeutic relationships and enhances the organization's reputation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and follow organizational policies and procedures.

• Adapt to evolving practices in telehealth and mental health care by participating in ongoing professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification treatments, many of whom are facing challenges related to substance use disorders. This clientele requires sensitivity, empathy, and an understanding of the complex psychosocial factors that can impact recovery. Your ability to create a therapeutic rapport remotely will be vital in helping clients navigate their treatment paths and achieve their recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
