Administrative Associate

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: answering phones, helping with clients, filing paperwork, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented and can provide exceptional customer service. We are really looking for a positive, go getter attitude. As long as you are more than willing to learn we are more than willing to teach! :) Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm *Occasional Saturdays/Overtime will be needed during Tax Season* (TAX EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFFERED) Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff. Maintain office supplies and equipment. Schedule appointments and meetings. Maintain accurate records of customer information. Perform data entry tasks as needed. Provide general administrative support to staff. Qualifications: Administrative/Receptionist Experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Programs Excellent communication and phone etiquette Experience with calendar management and executive administrative support Ability to handle front desk responsibilities and customer service inquiries Tax Experience is a plus Software Programs we use: UltraTax Practice CS Quickbooks Surepayroll Payroll CS Company Description At Haven Group CPA & Advisors, we’re more than just numbers on a page.
