This position offers a remote work setting, providing you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively while prioritizing patient care. While the primary work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required based on patient needs, allowing you to adapt your work hours to accommodate appointments and treatment sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to thoroughly understand and document patients' psychological and emotional needs as part of creating tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that foster community among clients, allowing them to share experiences and strategies for managing their mental health.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to devise comprehensive, patient-centered care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
