Estate Planning

• Draft comprehensive estate planning documents including Wills, Revocable & Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills
• Advise clients on tailored estate planning strategies
• Prepare deeds, beneficiary designations, and supporting documentation to implement plans

Estate Administration and Probate

• Manage estates and trusts from inception through final distribution
• Draft and review probate and trust administration documents
• Conduct legal research on estate and probate matters
• Prepare and review Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Returns
• Prepare and review Fiduciary Income Tax Returns

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in estate planning and administration
• Active Pennsylvania Attorney License
• Strong work ethic with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and a desire to grow within a dynamic legal environment
