They must also be encouraging and supportive of their staff.Managing our DELI department includes but is not limited to:Being knowledgeable in deli meats/cheese productsMaintaining a clean departmentScheduling/TrainingManaging orders and inventory levelsMerchandising productStocking product (lifting, bending)Maintaining proper product rotationBilling and receiving paperworkThis full time position offers many outstanding benefits:Health care benefitsVision & Dental optionsPaid VacationsPaid holidays401K programScholarship program
