Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being, identifying their unique needs and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring a tailored approach for each client.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing various mental health issues, utilizing engaging and therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct couples therapy to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships, helping couples work synergistically toward their goals.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment histories, while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, each facing varying mental health challenges. Your expertise will enable you to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family dynamics effectively, ultimately guiding them towards healthier relationships and improved emotional wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
