Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Guided Growth Therapies, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and tailor therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Facilitate counseling sessions with couples, offering them strategies to improve their relationships, while also conducting individual sessions.
\n
• Specialize in addressing a range of family dynamics, including but not limited to conflicts among family members, grief, adjustment to separation and divorce, and blended family issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques to assist clients in overcoming challenges such as alcohol abuse, job stress, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation that complies with all clinical standards and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients, fostering a holistic approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will intersect with diverse populations, including adult clients, children, and adolescents facing a variety of challenges. Qualifications\n
