Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the psychosocial needs of patients, ensuring tailored treatment plans that address both immediate and long-term goals.

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with patients and their families, identifying and facilitating support systems to promote engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and other therapists, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care that addresses both physical and mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, utilizing the latest electronic health record systems to ensure compliance and facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
