Job Title: Part-Time Accountant / Bookkeeper (Flexible Hours Available)
Location: Vista, CA 92081
Schedule: Part-Time flexible

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Accountant to join our team.
We offer a highly flexible schedule designed to fit around school drop-offs, extracurriculars, or other personal commitments—we care about the work getting done, not just the hours on the clock.
What You’ll Do:
- Payroll: Run smooth and accurate payroll cycles using ADP .
- Bookkeeping: Maintain clean records and manage day-to-day entries in QuickBooks Online for multiple entities .
- AP/AR: Take full ownership of processing invoices and accounts payable and ensuring timely payments.
- Data Management: Utilize Excel and QuickBooks Online to track financial data and create clear reports. File paper copies.
- Insurance Admin: Oversee and administer company insurance requirements and renewals.
- General Support: Handle various administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed to keep our finances organized.
What We’re Looking For:
- Software Pro: You must be proficient in QuickBooks Online , ADP , and Microsoft Excel (vlookups and pivot tables are a plus!).
- Experience: Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar financial role.
- Reliability: Since this is a part-time role with flexible hours, we need someone who is a self-starter and can hit deadlines independently.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality when it comes to numbers.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
