Executive Assistant to Alliances

Providing dedicated operational and administrative support, the full-time remote Executive Assistant to Alliances will manage complex calendars, coordinate stakeholder communications, and drive executive initiatives while supporting senior leadership within the Alliances organization. Key responsibilities Manage and optimize complex calendars and schedules for executives across multiple time zones Anticipate executive needs and coordinate resources to facilitate informed decision-making Plan and execute large-scale offsite events, including logistics and vendor management Required qualifications 5-7 years of executive support experience, preferably supporting Vice President-level executives or above Proven ability to independently manage projects from inception to completion Experience in Sales, Alliances, or Partnerships within technology organizations is preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Familiarity with collaboration tools such as G-suite, Slack, and Zoom
