This is your responsibility. You will lead the entire enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a pass-off function. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive discussions, and advise against enrollment when that serves the best interest of all parties. The objective is not enrollment maximization. Relocation assistance is provided. What You Will Be Doing Leading the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial outreach through final onboarding. Facilitating fit-assessment dialogues to evaluate compatibility before introducing solutions or proposing further engagement. Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment stages, maintaining full transparency on progress and follow-up actions. Directing campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-stage discussions that articulate outcomes, standards, and the ideal candidate profile. Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable accurate forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence. Enrollment Operations Director Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that attracts and converts aligned families while preserving the academic rigor and operational standards of the Alpha model. Basic Requirements 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or independently managed client services). Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial inquiry to onboarding completion. Experience managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts concurrently at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization methodology. Ability to supply specific instances of consultative guidance, including occasions when you advised against your own offering due to poor fit. Professional correspondence experience with C-level executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences. Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these California markets: La Jolla, Los Angeles, Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, or South Bay. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
