Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to identify mental health challenges and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with a diverse range of clients, including couples, children, adolescents, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license issued by the State of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a signing bonus to new hires.
