Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective interventions.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that align with each client's goals.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the integrity of our services.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to coordinate care and resources for clients.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local and state agencies to promote agency programs and explore potential partnership opportunities.

• Pursue continued education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and stay abreast of industry developments.

• Advocate for our agency’s mission and philosophy, fostering community support for our services.

• Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
