Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will take on a variety of responsibilities pivotal to the success of our therapeutic initiatives, including: \n \n Conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs. \n Providing timely documentation of clinical services while adhering to all regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. \n Utilizing evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to gauge client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. \n Engaging in the development and implementation of positive behavior support strategies, alongside a multidisciplinary team. \n Acting as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to facilitate seamless care transitions and enhance service access. \n Maintaining ongoing communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives and client needs. \n Pursuing professional development opportunities and representing the clinic at relevant conferences and community events. \n Adhering to the clinic’s mission and philosophy while executing other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this position, you will work with a diverse population of clients who may be dealing with a range of mental health challenges including severe emotional distress, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and the effects of traumatic brain injuries. Your expertise will guide individuals through crucial recovery processes, fostering resilience and encouraging personal growth within a supportive framework. Compensation and Benefits\n This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 86,000 to 103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
