In this dual-impact role, you will manage front-desk reception, phone traffic, and check-in/checkout while presenting treatment plans and coordinating insurance benefits.Here is what makes our practice a great place to build your career:Competitive Pay & Bonus Potential: Hourly base pay ($23.00–$27.00/hr) plus eligibility for a Monthly Team Performance Bonus based on collective practice goals.Early Friday Wrap-Up: Complete your workday by 1:00 PM every Friday so you can jumpstart your weekend early!Dynamic Dual-Impact Role: Blend front-desk greeting and administrative flow with impactful treatment presentation and insurance coordination.Modern 8-Operatory Clinic: Work alongside a skilled clinical team in a spacious, well-organized facility.Comprehensive Benefits Package: Access to full standard company medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefit options.What You'll Be Doing (The Role)As our Front Office Receptionist, you are the central hub for patient interaction, treatment presentation, and scheduling efficiency:Front Desk Hospitality & Check-In: Warmly welcome patients upon arrival, manage check-in/checkout, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries.Treatment Presentation: Guide patients through their recommended treatment plans, explaining clinical needs, co-pays, insurance breakdowns, and available payment options with clarity and confidence.Insurance Verification: Verify dental PPO benefits, request detailed benefit breakdowns, and ensure accurate co-pay estimates are calculated prior to appointments.Scheduling Optimization: Schedule and confirm restorative and hygiene appointments strategically in Denticon to maximize schedule density across all 8 operatories.Financial Collection: Collect co-pays and outstanding balances at the time of service, post payments, and handle patient financial agreements.QualificationsExperience: 1+ years of dental front office experience with hands-on exposure to both reception and treatment plan presentation (Required).Dental & Insurance Literacy: Good working knowledge of dental terminology, procedure codes, PPO insurance verification, and benefit breakdowns.Software Fluency: Experience with Denticon (or similar dental software like Dentrix or Eaglesoft) is a strong plus.Attributes: Excellent verbal communication, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a warm, empathetic patient-first personality.Ready to Apply?If you are a versatile dental front office professional who loves greeting patients and helping them say "yes" to necessary care, we want to hear from you!
