Empowered to enhance the Member experience, the full-time remote Member Services Agent will interact with members via voice and email, resolving inquiries and building relationships in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Advocate for members by providing professional and personable interactions through various communication channels Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address inquiries related to returns, tracking, and order modifications without relying on scripts Expand skills to manage more complex situations and engage with members through alternate channels like messaging or social media Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in a Contact Center environment, preferably in e-commerce or luxury retail Proficiency in relevant computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems independently Strong decision-making skills and comfort in taking ownership of issues
