Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for a great opportunity in Ontario, CA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys supporting daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and working in a collaborative business services environment.

The Accounting Clerk will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, account reconciliations, and general accounting support. Key Responsibilities

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Enter, update, and maintain financial data in accounting systems and spreadsheets.
- Reconcile invoices, payments, vendor statements, and customer accounts.
- Assist with month-end close activities, reports, and general ledger support.
- Research and resolve billing, payment, and documentation discrepancies.
- Support the accounting team with filing, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.
