Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health backgrounds and develop individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of the Gentle Motion team, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload responsibilities.
