Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories and needs, forming the basis for tailored treatment plans.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops, seminars, and peer-supervision groups to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications\n
