Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans that are informed by best practices.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver impactful individual, couple, and family therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that help clients navigate common challenges and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless integration of services for our clients.

• Provide immediate support during mental health emergencies, offering crisis intervention services to stabilize and guide patients in need.

• Client education is key; therefore, you will inform patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and additional community resources that can further aid their recovery.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential records of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and staying updated on industry advancements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated knowledge of a wide range of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with a proven track record of effective therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by sound judgment and ethical practice.

• Comfortable with technology, including proficiency in EHR systems and online teletherapy platforms.
