Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), adapting methodologies suited to each patient’s needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a secure space where patients can process their experiences and develop helpful coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for each patient.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
