ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Sales Account Manager for Iris Lopez Insurance Agency, Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and to customers success. Youll build meaningful customer relationships, conduct policy reviews, and proactively market relevant products and services based on customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to support retention and ongoing growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations in a clear and helpful way.
• Help resolve complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products and services to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
• Proactively market relevant products and services based on customer needs

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership mindset and the ability to stay organized and follow through
• Comfort with engaging in sales conversations and learning/using product knowledge
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• A customer-first approach and the ability to handle concerns professionally

Licensing (typical requirement)

• Must be appropriately licensed to sell insurance in Florida, or be willing to obtain required licensing within the required timeframes (and any applicable appointments) as part of the role
