Bilingual Call Center Representative

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Eligibility Service Representative fluent in Korean and English, who will manage caregiver inquiries, resolve eligibility issues, and support the Eligibility & Benefits team through effective communication across multiple channels. Key responsibilities Receive and resolve inquiries from caregivers regarding eligibility and coverage issues Collaborate with the Benefits Enrollment team to address and follow up on eligibility and co-premium concerns Perform call center functions, including handling inbound calls and supporting various projects as directed by management Required qualifications Bilingual in Korean/English Flexible availability for shifts between 11AM and 9PM EST, Monday through Friday Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions Prior experience in a high-volume call center environment High School diploma or GED
