Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver virtual individual therapy sessions (and/or couples/family therapy) using secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions customized to client goals and progress, including modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
\n
• Participate in optional peer consultations and training sessions, enhancing both your skills and the team's overall effectiveness.

• Coordinate care with other providers as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to client wellness.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards aligning with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client base that includes adults, teenagers, and families facing various psychological and emotional challenges. Your expertise will help address common issues such as anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma recovery, relationship problems, identity exploration, and transitional life phases. With a strong focus on marginalized communities, we aim to provide inclusive care that acknowledges the unique experiences of individuals from the LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodiverse populations.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is required.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and comfort using technology for virtual sessions.

• A private, professional workspace to conduct secure virtual appointments.

• Strong clinical documentation skills for maintenance of patient records.

• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment while being part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. You will have options for W-2 or 1099 employment structures, providing flexibility in your financial arrangements.
