Role Description The Senior Sales Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of accounts, and driving sales of Milner’s technology solutions and services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and pricing, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery, and continuously monitoring market trends and client needs. The Senior Sales Account Executive is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while providing a high standard of customer service and representing Milner’s values and brand in the marketplace. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in lead generation and new business development, including prospecting and pipeline management. Strong account management skills, with experience managing multiple clients and opportunities concurrently. Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities. Proven relationship building skills and a customer service mindset focused on long-term client satisfaction. Experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology solutions, IT services, or office equipment. Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in business terms to decision-makers. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Proficiency with CRM software and standard productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent). Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
